A Project Manager reports directly to the Sr. Project Manager or Director of Operations and may assist other positions as needed. The purpose of this position is to provide supervision, mentorship, and direction for assigned staff and project teams. The candidate should possess the skills, experience, and knowledge to execute the following tasks in an accurate, efficient, and ethical manner.
Leadership & Management:
- Assign general and project specific duties and responsibilities to project team members
- Promote teamwork, internal communication, and a positive work atmosphere
- Monitor work performances and productivity
- Possess knowledge and experience of each project life cycle in several LWS market sectors
- Demonstrate superior communication abilities with internal and external team members
- Maintain consistent QA/QC measures and ensure client deliverables meet project objectives and LWS quality standards
- Provide sufficient resources and guidance to project team members to ensure that projects meet deadlines and contracted budgets.
- Assess and request relevant equipment software, and other operational needs when required
- Prepare survey proposals and develop project budgets
- Review and approve project invoices
- Develop or encourage initiatives to streamline workflows and improve company standards
- Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship for project team members
- Lead by example by displaying a consistent work ethic, an emphasis on quality, and a commitment to integrity.

- Maintain existing client relationships and develop new relationships within LWS client bases
- Coordinate project debriefings with the Sr. Project Manager and capitalize on learning opportunities for staff members
Active CO, OK, TX PLS preferred
